A very enjoyable chat with Tom from the excellent new football fan site Worldwide Terrace Culture who over a very pleasant twenty minutes or so told me how England are going to do in this years World Cup!
We had a good long talk about England’s upcoming participation in the FIFA 2018 World Cup in Russia. We discussed their chances, how Southgate has changed the set up, the mood in England and dampened expectations, and how Harry Kane might get on, amongst a host of other things.
